Though foremost and principally, a corporate sponsored outplacement and human resources consulting firm, we are frequently asked to assist our corporate clients with their recruiting and placement needs. We have, therefore, developed a unique time and cost effective program to provide that assistance.

It is a three step program as follows:

• The first step provides that we attempt to match our existing outplacement clients with employer "orders." If a suitable candidate is located and placed, there is NO FEE.

• Assuming there is no success in step one, First Sun Consulting, Inc. (FSC) counselors will research our available former client data base and files of unsolicited resumes (we receive many) seeking a match. Qualified candidates will be referred to the employer for screening. Should a placement occur, a consulting fee equal to 20% of the offered compensation package (salary, bonus, commission, etc.) will be charged.

• Assuming no success in step two, and if desired, FSC counselors will conduct a selective search for suitable candidates. The search will consist of phone and referral work, ads (as appropriate), data base research through our over 1200 office affiliate network worldwide through Lincolnshire International/Arbora, and prescreening. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the anticipated compensation package (salary, bonus, commission, etc.) will be charged; one half due upon initiation of the assignment and one half plus expenses due upon completion.
