Larry Nassivera, Chief Operations Officer
Larry Nassivera is known by First Sun Customers as the leader of extraordinary customer service. He has worked in a career management environment for the past seven years and has facilitated career transition and change management training and workshops for hundreds of employees across all levels of organizations. He has special expertise in guiding both employees and management through major downsizings and plant closings, and in successfully leading individuals through the career change process including traditional job search campaigns and small business development and entrepreneurial ventures.
Larry has additional experience of approximately ten years as a professional recruiter for engineering and other professional and technical positions along with corporate experience in Human Resources and Administrative Services management roles. His background encompasses employment, employee benefits, wage and salary administration, equal employment opportunity programs, and policy and procedure development and implementation.
His education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Union College and a Masters of Business Administration in Personnel Administration from Rutgers University. Karen Masullo, Chief Marketing Officer
Karen Masullo has more than 25 years experience as a creative and innovative Career Transition Services professional with significant experience in Operations, Product Development, Technology, and Global Marketing. Her experience includes more than 10 years with Drake Beam Morin in roles of global technology, training product development, end-user/employee training and management, marketing program efficacy analysis, web-based training event management, multi-lingual content creation and management, and training product evaluation and survey management.
She is published writer and dynamic public speaker with complementary skills in major project rollout and management, marketing program design, development and implementation, and global initiative implementation.
Ms. Masullo has been Career Center Operations Director for such projects as AOL (transitioning 986 former employees), and played an important role in designing and delivering Career Transition services and workshops for projects such as BankOne, Fifth Third Bank, HP/Compaq, Borden, Nationwide Insurance, GE, Qualcomm, IBM and others.
Ms. Masullo attended The Ohio State University, is a Board Member of the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) Charleston, SC GIG, an ASTD member of the Columbia Midlands ASTD Chapter, and a Business Mentor for the Carolina Youth Development Center.

Katie London, VP Consulting Services
Katie speaks from twenty years proven knowledge gained as a successful career consultant, marketing professional, and educator. She helps organizations improve their commitment to excellence and increased performance by educating, inspiring, and motivating audiences to take action and move to the next level.
Katie earned both Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources degrees from Southern Wesleyan University, and is a certified Project Management Professional - PMP.

Patrick Little, Lead Consultant, Carolinas
Patrick Little has over 25 years experience in human resources, recruitment and management development, with special expertise in training. His background includes strong management and consulting experience in both the corporate arena and with major management consulting firms.
Patrick has an extensive background in facilitating business development in the areas of talent assessment, performance evaluation, and executive coaching. He has special expertise in organizational Development and interventions which match the corporation's business strategies.
Patrick served as Senior Consultant and Human Resources Corporate Group Director for Drake Beam Morin and Spherion. In those roles he consulted with clients from IT to Manufacturing in change and career management programs, executive coaching and outplacement, as well as business development programs. Diana Needham - Financial Institutions Career and Retirement Transitions
 Diana has over 25 years of management experience in financial services, business consulting, and professional coaching. She has earned certifications as a career and retirement coach and holds a BS in Business Administration, with a minor in HR, from Franklin University.Her corporate business experience includes over 25 years with JP Morgan Chase in roles tied to organizational development, project planning and execution, process improvement, change management, training, and integration. She has served as the senior level program manager for many strategic initiatives, including the integration of Bank One with JP Morgan Chase and the acquisition of 100+ branches of the Bank of NY. As a seasoned business consultant, she recently served as the director of training/employee readiness for major systems integration at Nationwide Insurance, demonstrating strong team building, collaboration, coaching, and communication skills.
As a professional certified coach, Diana is founder and director of My Encore Performance, LLC, offering professional coaching services with specialties in career and retirement transitions.
Mike Levy, Consulting Services - Florida
Mike has been career consulting and coaching for more than 14 years in both the government and private sectors. He has earned certifications as a Master Career Development Professional, Certified Professional Resume Writer, and Professional in Human Resources. He holds a M.A. in Organizational Management.
Mike retired from the U.S. Air Force where he served as a Personnel and Career Manager. In the private sector he has serviced hundreds of clients in career transition and job search strategies. He also worked as a Training Manager for a Fortune 100 company. Currently he is a member of the First Sun team, and founder and director of The Career Academy, a partner company that offers career services and corporate training.
His work is featured in the following publications: Expert R�sum�s for Career Changers - by Enelow & Kursmark, Job Search Magic, by Whitcomb and The R�sum� Guide - by Frank Medero. Mike takes pleasure in supporting his local community and is currently a key team member with the newly formed Tampa Workforce Readiness team, a group designed to assist the community in Career Guidance and Human Resource assistance. Brenda Johnson, Information and Administrative Services Management
Brenda Johnson is a superior Information and Administrative Services Manager, with significant experience specific to the Career Transition Services industry. Her experience includes Product Development, Marketing, Technology and Product Management. With 10 years of experience in international content website management, training and support, Brenda has a broad range of skills to offer.
Before joining First Sun Consulting, Brenda was Manager of Technology Content Applications at a major outplacement firm. While there, she worked in the Product Development, Marketing, and Global IT arenas. Her experience included branding, CRM Management, quality assurance, global web based training and support, product development, project management, and marketing.
